Allianz Arts and Business Awards 2020

In 2019 Cameron & Breen were commissioned to create 16 award pieces for the Allianz Arts and Business Awards 2020.

The awards were presented to businesses and arts people from across Northern Ireland in a multitude of sectors. Sixteen solid silver organic forms with 24ct gold leaf detailing where handmade in their studio in Randalstown, Northern Ireland. Each piece was made up of a waved silver plaque which stood supported by three hand forged leaves.

Previous Awards

Both Martin and Laura have a history in creating multiple award pieces for a range of Northern Irish businesses including DARD, First Trust and Ulster University as well as presentation pieces for distinct individuals such as Sir Alex Ferguson.

FOLIUM SERIES

The Folium series had a number of different inspirations, the main being the idea of capturing the delicacy and simplistic elegance of sketches of the surrounding landscape and the wealth of beauty it contains.

Two pieces in the Folium series: one Flourishing, the other dying.  One piece blooms in gold to suggest new life and beauty.  The other has only remnants of gold, weathered and stained.
