ONLINE RETURNS

Jewellery bought online must be returned within 14 days unworn, in original condition and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Earrings are exempt from returns.

We do not accept returns on custom made pieces.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that your package is secure and includes your name, address, email and order number. We recommend a shipping method which includes tracking and appropriate insurance. It is the customers responsibility to have proof of postage and a tracking number.

REFUNDS

Once the return has been inspected and accepted the customer will receive a refund acknowledgment email with details of when you can expect your refund.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please inspect your jewellery as soon as it arrives. It is the customers responsibility to email us within 7 days of arrival if you believe your item is damaged. All our jewellery is hand made and proudly displays the unique marks of the handmade process, these characteristics will not be classed as damage. We reserve the right to judge whether an item is faulty or miss-treated.

If you require our repair service you must contact us via email before the item is sent by post. Each repair is assessed by us on a case by case basis and may be subject to a fee.

RESIZING

Due to the nature of our jewellery not all rings can be resized. To discuss a resize please email info@cameronandbreen.com to discuss.

BESPOKE AND CUSTOM MADE ORDERS

Orders which are made just for you can not be returned. Once the customer has paid their deposit it is non refundable.
We offer a life time guarantee with our custom pieces, where in the unlikely event a manufacturing fault occurs, we will repair the item.
If a fault does occur with a custom-made piece it will be assessed by us, and any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage by the customer it will not be accepted as faulty. We offer a full repairs service for such items. There will be a charge for this service on a case by case basis, to cover the cost of the repair along with any shipping costs incurred.
